Jodi is most known as the pioneer of ADHD coaching for youth and her research-based JST Coaching Model for Success which is detailed in her book, Empowering Youth with ADHD.

The JST Coaching Model has been used by thousands of coaches and educational professionals in 35 countries.  All of the coaches participating in the 2010 Edge Foundation ADHD Coaching Research Study used the JST model in their coaching and the results showed improvement in student skill, will, and self-regulation.

Something that really impresses me about Jodi is that she is a pioneer in this field. She developed the first coach training program focused on coaching students with ADHD ever.
